Peppersmith Summer Fan Fest Showdown Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Peppersmith Ltd, located at 10 Discovery Way, Horam, East Sussex, TN21 0GE.
2. Eligibility
This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Peppersmith Ltd, its affiliated partners, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
The competition will run from 1st July 2024 to 31st August 2024, with prize draws taking place approximately every three weeks. Specific draw dates will be communicated via Peppersmith’s official Instagram account: @peppersmithuk.
4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:

1. Post a photo/video on your socials (Instagram or TikTok) tagging us with one of our products:
- Peppersmith Pocket Packs or Tin
- Peppersmith Fans
2. Follow Peppersmith on Instagram or TikTok (@peppersmithuk)
3. Send a screenshot of your post or story via DMs to confirm your entry!

Please note:

The Instagram Story must be live for at least 24 hours during the entry period.

Private Instagram accounts must submit a screenshot, as we won’t be able to view the Story otherwise.

One standard entry per person per draw. One additional entry allowed per draw via TikTok follow.
5. Prizes
There will be three prize draws during the competition period, with the following prizes:

1st Prize: Afternoon Tea for Two at The Ritz, London

2nd Prize: A Year’s Supply of Peppersmith (12 cases, one delivered each month)

3rd Prize: £100 Amazon Gift Card
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternatives will be offered.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received prior to each draw.
Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 5 working days of each draw. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity & Use of Entries
By entering the competition, participants grant Peppersmith Ltd permission to repost or use their submitted content (with credit where possible) on Peppersmith's marketing channels, including social media, website, and promotional materials.
8. Data Protection
Any personal information provided will be used solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
9. General
Peppersmith Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition or these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice, if circumstances make this unavoidable.
