Shipping policy

Delivery

Following recent global events, our delivery service can only be fulfilled to UK, Jersey and Guernsey. 

Standard delivery within the UK is free for orders over £25. A small delivery charge of £2.49 is applied to orders under £25. Express delivery and non-UK deliveries will be subject to a shipping charge depending on the item, where it is going and how many you’ve bought.

Delivery within the UK should reach you within a week. Occasionally orders do get stuck or lost in the post so we suggest that customers wait 14 days after ordering to get in contact with us if a parcel has gone missing.  International orders often take a little bit longer than in the UK. Please get in touch if you want any more information on delivery options.

eGift cards are delivered to your email inbox - with no delivery charge incurred. Note that these can't be returned.

We only ever provide information essential to ensuring delivery of your items or fulfilling other important services for you. This may include providing contact information to the relevant courier to ensure the delivery of your order.
